Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Billing & Plan. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

BVN and NIN verification is strongly recommended for all users. Verified users get a trust badge that significantly increases their chances with employers. It is mandatory for guarantors. For job seekers, you can skip it and verify later, but unverified accounts have limited features.

You can upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing period. Contact our support team if you need a custom plan.
